Can an Authorised Customer delete or deactivate Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
Authorised Customers may request to have their Identifiable Information deleted or deactivated from the Site's database by contacting us. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information.
